RMIX Ready Mix Concrete started its operations for a few customer sites by setting up a state-of-the-art RMC plant equipped with advanced batching systems, automated control mechanisms, quality checklist and processes with exceptional delivery framework.

Over the year 2019, we took market feedback and acted on each action item / feedback from our customers which would improve overall customer experience by understanding customer problems in the existing RMC industry.

RMIX would have worked on building its brand and reputation in the industry, focusing on quality control and delivering consistent concrete mixes to attract repeat business to its existing customers. Completing customer's project on time without a single quality incident was the only goal at the beginning.

During 2020, the global construction sector, including ready-mix concrete providers, faced disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. RMIX team had to adjust its operations to comply with health and safety regulations, possibly limiting workforce availability or changing delivery schedules.

However, we tried to help our customers to minimize the schedule loss by co-ordinating well as soon as COVID restrictions were lifted for business.

By 2021, RMIX came up with second production unit due to heavy demand by customers who liked RMIX delivery commitment and exceptional quality and transparent operations. RMIX was on the right track to become preferred concrete brand in Surat region.

During 2022, RMIX team's focus was to deliver high quality on site concreting experience to our customers. By this time our market reach was growing, all developers & contractors started liking our transparent operations. After each casting everyday we started collecting feedbacks from our customers which started boosting morale of our teams.

With the growing love from customers, RMIX started its third production unit to help developers to benefit from a high standard quality concrete along with a pleasant on-site concreting experience. Now RMIX had 3 high-capacity batching units.

By 2024, RMIX became a preferred concrete supplier in its region, with a solid customer base across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. Our reputation for quality and innovation placed us as a trusted supplier for large-scale, high-profile projects.

At the onset of 2025, we started operations at our Navsari unit which would help us to grow in south Gujarat region && get us closer to our mission. Now RMIX has 5 high-capacity batching units and a fleet of over 35 concrete trucks.
